Development Programs

Over the past few years Peninsula striker’s JFC have invested in becoming a club that concentrates on Junior development.
In this time, we have developed our own in house curriculum following the national Curriculum with our own enhancements on what works best with community clubs.

We have learnt a lot about how to optimize the time it takes develop children to a higher level.
So not resting on our laurels and wanting to do better we had taken a big step in 2024 for development for the future.

• All U5-12 
  • • The Coach Co-coordinator program we are also running will give our coaches assistance also meaning all coaches have an extra assistant /mentor
    • The PSJFC dedicated coaches will also give assistance to Parents and Team Coaches.
    • All coaches receive guidance from ‘Our Technical Director, Christian Castro (FFA ‘B’ License holder)’

All U13-U18 (Strikers Way Development Program)

• • Teams/Coaches will continue to follow our striker’s way development program.
    • All coaches receive guidance from ‘Our Technical Director, Christian Castro (FFA ‘B’ License holder)’
    • All teams play Sunday
