2012 Seniors Coach
It is with great pleasure that I can officially announce the appointment
of Jamie SKELLY as the new Senior Coach for 2012.
Jamie was a member of our promotion winning squad in 2007 and has most
recently gained coaching experience with the Langwarrin Seniors. We
wish him all the best and urge all to get behind him.
Jamie has hit the ground running and already run the rule over some
of our players and those recently selected in the Victorian Champions
league Southern Zone Under 17 squad.
I look forward to exciting times ahead, and urge all supporters to get
behind the club and remember that our push for division 2 and beyond
cannot be achieved without the support and sponsorship from our local
community.

The 2011 Season has drawn to a close, Presentation Night has been and
Gone, The legends wrapped up the league and Cup double, our ladies team
were again Runners Up in 2011.
Our first major foray into the under 18's saw 2 teams fielded. The under
13 A team were champions , The under 16 A team were Runners up. The
seniors secured division 3 football again in 2012.
The Club wishes to invite all members of the Under 18's, Legends , Fillies
& Reserves and Senior Squads to an end of season Super Sunday extravaganza.
The club will provide 2 Kegs, wine & soft drink to the value of
$500 this will include a Sausages Sizzle, this is for all our club members,
players their family & sponsors. Sorry you will have to pay for
your spirits.
Peninsula Strikers FC Committee invite you all to come and enjoy the

season, so we will be having a draw after the match, tickets will be
on sale for a $1 ea, where someone in the club will win $700.

An Over 35s night with live band commences on Friday 1st April at our
club.
This is run & organised by Adam (Poodle) & Karen for all people
in this age group.
The Band for the first night is "23 RED" with a cover charge
of $10, commencing at 7pm.
The band will be different each month with the following date being
Friday 29 Apr 11, so mark this on your calendar.
A bus will also be available to ferry those of you in the local area
@ $5 p/head, subject to distance.
