Karingal's home debut resulted in a 3-0 win against a strong Brunswick side.
They opened the scoring with Jimmy Logan converting a good chip pass from Andy Taylor.
The seoond goal, a gem, was scored by Keith Towers who almost burst the net with a fierce drive after a strong run.
Karingal clinched the game after withstanding strong pressure from Brunswick when Andy Taylor forced his way past three defenders before coolly placing the ball out of the goalkeeper's reach. Full marks for courage must go to Karlngal's Frank Vesco' who, despite being twice knocked half-unconscious,
carried on and was a very positive force in Karingals' win.
